During a sad and difficult time in our lives Gail was a breath of fresh air. As celebrant at my mother's funeral she conducted herself with extraordinary sensitivity and thoughtfulness. She took the time to meet us, talk to us at length, learn about my mother's life and guide us through the process of the burial ceremony. She listened to mum's and our wishes and made sure they were carried out perfectly. During the ceremony she spoke with real insight about mum's life and made sure everything flowed flawlessly. She generally eased the pain of all involved and, after the service, provided us with a complete bound transcript that my 95 year old father, in particular, cherishes.
