Congratulations! …and thank you for considering me to be involved on your special day.  I look forward to creating and delivering a ceremony filled with meaning and love.  Using a celebrant allows to have a service written especially for you, which can include religion*, poetry, prose or music suited to your taste and wishes.

*a Humanist will not include any religious wording or symbolism

 

The charge for my services starts at £645

This includes:

​

• A 2-hour face to face meeting with you

• Delivering the service

• We will work together to create a unique service

• The inclusion of family or traditional customs if required

• Edits and changes

• I can guide you on appropriate readings and prose

• We will have contact after our initial meeting via phone, email or Skype

• Delivering the service

• Optional sand, pebble, candle ceremony.  Or something else you may wish to include*

• A copy of your ceremony

• A certificate signed by the couple, me and two witnesses

• I can adapt my style of dress to fit the occasion if required

• Location within a 30-mile radius of Hertfordshire**

I am able to offer a hardback 'coffee table' style book personally created for you to remember the event.  Price on application.

* The items used for this are normally included in the fee.  Items over £30 will be charged at cost and receipts provided

**Travel/accommodation expenses may be added depending on location.

Please note, a 25% deposit is required at the first meeting

 

Please remember:

As a celebrant, I can’t hold your service in a church or consecrated building.  Also, I am not able to register your marriage legally this will need to be done through your local Register Office.  However, you are able to exchange the rings during our ceremony and have the legal aspect of your marriage carried out before or after our ceremony.
